Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. Humana’s MarketPoint organization is seeking a Channel Development Lead, Digital Sales, to join the Digital Channel Sales Team working remote anywhere in the US.

In Short

  • Promote growth of Medicare Advantage and related insurance products.
  • Identify product growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for planning and prioritization.

  • Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time.
  • Work primarily on Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital products, marketing, or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Understanding of agile frameworks.
  • Experience with CRM and PowerBI platforms.
  • Prior experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
