Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Leader to join our awesome team in NYC. This individual will be responsible for scaling and leading a high-performing SDR team while driving the broader Sales Development strategy across the business.

Requirements

• A motivational and strategic leader with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Minimum of 2+ years as a top-performing SDR and at least 3 years managing SDR teams.
• Strong expertise in inbound and outbound processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
