Development Team Leader - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented, experienced and highly motivated Development Team Leader to join a strong group, developing one of the world's top leading online gaming brands.

In Short

• Manage and lead the delivery team.
• Ensure delivery of features within the system from initial analysis to post-production monitoring and validation.
• Coach and grow developers and QA members within the team towards their potential.
• Support team members in technical challenges.
• Implement and maintain development and QA processes within the team.
• Promote architectural improvements in the solution.
• Work closely with product owners and project managers.
• Analyze requirements and provide architectural solutions.
• Report progress and status of the projects to stakeholders.
• Manage production-level situations with quick resolutions.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience as a development team leader.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with web technologies - HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft server-side technologies - .NET 8/.NET Framework 4.8+ using C#.
• Experience with refactoring and modernizing monolithic systems.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building microservices leveraging domain-driven design.
• Good grasp of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Good knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
