Overview

The Help Desk First Level Support role involves providing first line technical support to users remotely, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Deliver first line support via phone, chat, Jira, and Slack.
  • Act as a single point of contact for technical issues.
  • Manage service tickets and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding ticket status.
  • Follow service level agreements (SLA).
  • Provide polite and service-oriented responses.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Report on out-of-spec issues to team leader.
  • Support users across various functions of the business.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems, especially Windows.
  • Experience with user management in Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Exchange mail server.
  • Fluency in Office applications.
  • Broad knowledge of current hardware.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic understanding of internet problem solving.
  • Professional experience in applications and hardware support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and analytical skills.
