Overview

As a Brand Communications Designer at Synthesia, you will elevate our brand communications across internal and external channels, focusing on designing high-impact presentations and creating scalable templates.

In Short

• Design and maintain presentation decks that are visually compelling and on-brand.
• Create sales enablement materials in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Work with Leadership to prepare compelling presentations for internal communications.
• Design engaging materials for company-wide meetings and events with the People team.
• Support Marketing by designing professional presentations for customer events.
• Manage internal templates and brand assets in Google Slides, Pitch, and other tools.
• Design internal-facing creative assets for employer branding and events.
• Define and maintain high standards for brand communications design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience in a corporate or tech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation decks and internal materials.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Pitch, PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of structuring presentations for clarity and impact.
• Knowledge of print production workflows and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback on design briefs.
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
