• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business intelligence.
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and modern data platforms.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Advanced experience with big data sets in large organizations.
• Ability to analyze data for business problem-solving.
• Experience creating data visualizations that drive strategic direction.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
• Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, and data systems.
• Experience in healthcare analytics solutions is a plus.
