Overview

As the Business Intelligence Lead at Skillshare, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and reliable reporting, partnering with various teams to drive performance and strategic decision-making.

In Short

Own reporting and insights at Skillshare.
Write advanced SQL and build dashboards.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
Define and maintain KPI definitions.
Investigate performance drivers through marketing funnels.
Act as the first responder for ad-hoc business questions.
Establish lightweight BI processes for future scalability.

Requirements

5-7 years in analytics/BI with strong SQL expertise.
Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Proven ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with marketing analytics and attribution models.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
