Overview

Skillshare is looking for a Marketing Engineer to bridge the gap between Marketing and Engineering, responsible for building and optimizing marketing pages, emails, and systems to drive growth.

In Short

• Build and launch new marketing web pages from Figma designs
• Migrate existing marketing pages to Builder.io
• Develop and QA marketing emails with a focus on design and deliverability
• Implement SEO best practices across pages
• Monitor and optimize page performance
• Support conversion rate optimization efforts
• Troubleshoot issues in GraphQL and PHP layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in front-end development
• Experience with CMS platforms, especially Builder.io
• Hands-on experience building responsive marketing emails
• Familiarity with PHP and GraphQL
• Strong grasp of web performance and SEO fundamentals
• Experience with A/B tests for web pages and emails
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product Engineering teams
• Comfortable working in version control systems
