Overview

As a Sales Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the SDR and Account Executive teams, driving opportunity generation and conversion throughout the sales funnel.

In Short

  • Lead, train, and motivate SDR and AE teams.

  • Design and implement internal training and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Editorial, and Product.
  • Define and scale sales processes, playbooks, and tools.
  • Design and execute multichannel prospecting strategies.
  • Manage the pipeline and ensure realistic forecasts.
  • Optimize CRM (HubSpot) and sales playbooks.
  • Translate strategy into measurable action plans.
  • Introduce automation and AI tools to improve productivity.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of B2B/SaaS sales experience (SDR or AE).
  • Over 1 year of leading teams or commercial projects.
  • Proven experience throughout the sales funnel.
  • Close and development-oriented leadership style.
  • Hands-on approach with a clear focus on results.
  • Analytical and data-driven profile.
  • Knowledge of CRM (HubSpot) and process automation.
  • Native Spanish speaker.
