Overview

The Principal Business Analyst (BA) Lead will execute on large projects or programs as a liaison among business operations, technology groups, clients, business partners, vendors, and project/program team to understand, analyze, and facilitate business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related area.
• 5 years of related work experience in business analysis.
• Expert understanding of business analysis concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in leading project teams.
• Desire to educate and advance the BA practice.
• Expert in office productivity software.
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare industry preferred.
