IS Business Analyst - Principal - Remote

Overview

The IS Principal Business Analyst at San Francisco Employees' Retirement System coordinates with application programming staff and business users to define and document requirements, recommend system integrations, and provide training and support.

• Analyze and document business requirements for the Retirement application system.
• Resolve complex systems problems.
• Document service requests and participate in prioritization.

• Maintain technical and procedure documentation.
• Consult on special requests for information and reports.
• Administer and maintain PenAdmin data.
• Responsible for PeopleSoft updates.

Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science or related field.
• Five years of experience in information systems, including system analysis and IT project management.
• Three years experience in PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and HR 9.2.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Query Tools and Security Administration.
• Experience in Human Resources Application Design and Development.
