Overview

The Prevention and Problem Solving Program Manager will oversee the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Targeted Prevention and Problem Solving interventions, which are essential to the Homelessness Response System in San Francisco.

In Short

  • Manage program implementation and execution across the Homelessness Response System.
  • Monitor and track program deliverable compliance and execution.
  • Manage agreements with multiple funding sources.
  • Support program and financial analyses for process improvement.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Provide technical and administrative assistance to Grantees.
  • Establish relationships with key community stakeholders.
  • Facilitate service coordination meetings among Grantees.
  • May include additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree in social work, public administration, or related field.
  • Three years of professional experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Two years of experience in human services.
  • Experience with project management and budget administration.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
