Overview

The Prevention and Awareness Program Manager supports the College’s efforts to foster a campus environment free from sexual misconduct, relationship violence, discrimination, and harassment. Housed within the Office of Title IX and Equal Opportunity, and reporting to the Associate Director of Prevention and Education, this position focuses on the implementation of educational programming and awareness campaigns aligned with the College’s comprehensive prevention education plan.

In Short

  • Execute awareness campaigns and signature events.
  • Implement strategies for event outreach and engagement.
  • Facilitate prevention education programs and trainings.
  • Manage logistics and content updates for the Office’s intranet and newsletter.
  • Support the evaluation of awareness campaigns and programs.
  • Develop engaging online and print materials.
  • Maintain partnerships across departments.
  • Represent the office at campus-wide events.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration.
  • Stay updated on trends in prevention and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in education on related topics.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to justice, equity, and belonging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in developing educational materials.
