Overview

The Partner Program Manager supports the ongoing management and evolution of global channel and partnership programs that expands the growth of the business.

In Short

• Participates in the management of the Equinix Partner Program.
• Supports implementation of partner program benefits.
• Creates and maintains Partner Program documentation.
• Collaborates with marketing to create Partner presentations.
• Develops internal and external web portal content.
• Enhances current program and process improvements.
• Supports annual program compliance activities.
• Collaborates with Global and Regional Partner sales teams.
• Evaluates Partner feedback for enhancements.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or marketing preferred.

Requirements

• Proven success in channel sales programs.
• Experience with internet, network, or cloud-based products.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and reporting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
