Property and Facility Management Officer - Remote

Overview

The Property and Facility Management Officer is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of property management, ensuring quality services, and maintaining good tenant relationships.

• Assist in managing daily operations of property.
• Monitor property maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Supervise a team of janitors and property management staff.
• Coordinate with vendors for service delivery and invoicing.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in property/facility management or relevant discipline.
• Experience in commercial building management is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of BMO, DMC, and related ordinances.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
