Senior Compensation Analyst - Remote

Overview

Equinix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation team. This critical role will be instrumental in ensuring that our compensation programs are competitive, effectively governed, and aligned with our overall Total Rewards Strategy and Compensation Philosophy.

• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for compensation programs.
• Manage and optimize compensation benchmarking software.
• Research and analyze market trends in compensation.
• Model financial impacts of compensation program changes.
• Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reports.
• Monitor legislation impacting compensation policies.
• Collaborate with other functions across the People Team.
• Participate in the annual compensation planning process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation preferred.

Requirements

• Expertise in key compensation subject matter areas.
• Experience in designing & implementing compensation programs.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas.
• Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g. Workday) is a plus.
