Overview

As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for aligning compensation processes and programs with business objectives, providing analytical expertise and business support for Solidigm’s global workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation or analytical fields.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills; Macro knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with limited guidance.
  • CCP or related designation preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred.
