Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation in Software / Technology industry.
• 1+ years of Sales Compensation results visualization (Tableau is a +).
• Process oriented with high-level analysis skills.
• Intimate understanding of sales incentive programs.
• Excellence in structuring complex problems and crafting recommendations.
