Senior Sales Compensation Analyst - Remote

Overview

WK Financial And Corporate Compliance is growing our team in Pune, India, and looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in Sales Compensation. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst with at least 5 years of experience calculating and administering sales commissions plans.

In Short

• Administer the monthly Sales Compensation and Reporting processes.
• Work closely with various stakeholders including Sales Ops and Sales leaders.
• Drive insights through multiple deliverables in each cycle.
• Gather understanding of existing compensation and reporting capabilities.
• Standardize and build out existing compensation and sales analytics reporting functions.
• Data extraction, manipulation, and analysis for sales leadership.
• Improve and automate existing processes on Roster, Performance & Payroll tracking.
• Compensation Plan modelling and Payout-simulations.
• Quota allocation and adjustments.
• Collaborate in a global and continuously changing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Compensation, reporting or payroll.
• Strong analytics-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience in B2B sales planning and management is a plus.
• Experience in VBA macros to automate processes is a big plus.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Demonstrated commitment and results-oriented attitude.
