• Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
• Establish and report key metrics across HR and Recruiting.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leaders on pay structures.
• Conduct compensation surveys and analyze market data.
• Maintain compensation data in HR systems.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports.
• Ensure HR data integrity and compliance.
• Partner with HR team members for tailored reporting solutions.
• Monitor compliance metrics related to HR policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources compensation-focused role.
• 3–5 years of data collection and analysis experience.
• Experience developing equitable commission plans.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel.
• Familiarity with compensation survey tools.
• Working knowledge of ADP preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
