In this high-impact sales role, you’ll use empathy, insight, and strategic guidance to help caregivers as they explore the best care options for their loved ones.

  • Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options.
  • Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office.
  • Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
  • Educate families on customized senior care options.
  • Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
  • Meet daily production benchmarks through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience aligned with the company mission.
  • Participate in a 4-week new hire training program.
  • Work a 40-hour schedule with potential evenings and weekends.
  • Base salary with uncapped variable bonus potential.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
  • History of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong computer and typing skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems.
