Overview

As a Senior Inside Sales Consultant, you will work with families who have already begun their search with A Place for Mom and guide them through the final stages of their decision.

In Short

• Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom.
• Execute consistent outreach across phone, text, and email.
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision.
• Apply a structured follow-up cadence.
• Build trust quickly with families.
• Partner with senior living communities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience managing warm lead pipelines.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask with CRM documentation.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work remotely with focus and accountability.
