Overview

The Senior Inside Sales Consultant at A Place for Mom is responsible for guiding families through the process of selecting senior care solutions, focusing on driving move-ins to customer communities.

In Short

  • Follow up with families after initial conversations to advise on next steps.
  • Act as a liaison between families and senior care providers.
  • Be an ongoing expert resource for families referred to communities.
  • Measure success through daily outbound touch points and lead conversions.
  • Demonstrate empathy and proactive outreach in sales processes.
  • Quickly establish relationships over the phone with families.
  • Manage follow-up sales processes during the customer journey.
  • Understand community offerings and their sales processes.
  • Work a 40-hour schedule with potential evening and weekend shifts.
  • Compensation includes base salary and uncapped earnings potential.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a strong closing record.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
