The Inbound Sales Representative will work remotely, assisting families with their senior care options by providing expert advice and support to ensure a great experience.

• Work remotely as an expert resource for families on senior care options.
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from your home office.
• Conduct initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options.
• Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities.

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales required.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities needed.
• Work a 40-hour schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Base salary with uncapped variable bonus potential.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Must complete new hire training program successfully.
