Overview

As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for aligning compensation processes and programs with business objectives, partnering with the Head of Compensation to provide analytical expertise and business support for Solidigm’s global workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation or related field.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; Macro knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited guidance.
• CCP or other compensation-related designation preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.
