In Short

• Support daily cash operations and payment processing.
• Conduct cash reconciliations and bank statement validations.
• Liaison with internal partners including tax, accounting, and payroll.
• Support cash flow forecasting efforts.
• Assist with FX transactions and balance sheet hedging.
• Support loan and financing operations.
• Assist with internal/external audit requests.
• Contribute to process automation initiatives.
• Communicate with stakeholders to track compliance.
• Work collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in treasury or financial analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and banking transactions.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and banking portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proven ability to lead intercompany funding efforts.
• Experience in process automation is a plus.
