Overview

The HR Chief of Staff is a strategic partner within the HR Organization, responsible for driving critical HR initiatives, overseeing cross-functional HR projects, and ensuring alignment between the HR leadership team and the business’ overall objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• 5+ years supporting a CHRO in a global tech company.
• Experience in strategic planning and M&A integrations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Expert level data analytics skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to synthesize large amounts of information quickly.
