Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Compensation or HR.
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in high-tech environments.
• End to end program ownership experience.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience building dashboards and automating reports.
• People management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws.
• Experience managing international benefits programs.
