• Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst.
• Focus on compensation strategy, analysis, and administration.
• Experience in compensation benchmarking and salary structures.
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking.
• Assist in annual compensation planning.
• Analyze compensation trends and provide insights.
• Support pay equity analysis and compliance.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Assist with stock administration program.
• Support HR Help Desk and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis or HR operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in salary benchmarking.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with compensation survey tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
• BS degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred.
