In Short

  • The Compensation Analyst will focus on the planning, administration, and implementation of job evaluation, wage, and salary programs while also assisting with payroll processing.
  • Researching compensation policies and plans to ensure the organization’s offerings are current, cost-effective, and competitive.
  • Conducting data and cost analyses to compare compensation plans.
  • Evaluating position descriptions to determine classification and salary recommendations.
  • Performing market survey research to analyze compensation trends and conducting equity studies.
  • Collaborating with the Head of HR and department supervisors to perform job evaluations.
  • Designing and preparing reports summarizing research and analysis, then presenting recommendations to HR leadership and executives.
  • Ensuring that the organization’s pay practices comply with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and verifying payroll reports and documents for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and payroll processing is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience providing compliance, policy, and procedural support in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is required.
  • The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices at least 3 days per week.
