Overview

This opportunity is for a role in the Compensation area, aimed at evolving core compensation processes, updating compensation policies, supporting the implementation of meritocracy strategies, and participating in the implementation of new tools.

In Short

  • Map compensation processes with the Operations team.
  • Work on SAP Success configurations and propose improvements.
  • Support PLR calculation processes.
  • Review compensation processes and SOX controls.
  • Implement tools in the HR area.
  • Propose solutions for errors and discrepancies in collaboration with technology.

Requirements

  • Experience in Compensation.
  • Experience with Variable Compensation.
  • Knowledge in process mapping.
  • Deep analytical skills (organization/details).
  • Systemic vision and impact analysis.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Enjoy big challenges and have a proactive attitude.
  • Preferred - knowledge in HR tools: SAP Success Factors.
