Overview

The Senior People Analytics Analyst will work closely with teams in HR, business, and technology at XP Inc., focusing on leveraging data and strategy to drive results.

Requirements

• Able to structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge in SQL and Python.
• Must reside in São Paulo.
