Senior Analyst, Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst will join the Analytics team of a high-growth Population Health and Analytics software company. This role reports to the Sr. Manager on Customer Insights, and will involve creation of high value analytics for Arcadia customers.

In Short

• Intake external requests for custom analytic support
• Development of patient stratification models
• Delivery of dashboards utilizing Amazon’s Quick Sight Product
• Help build new tables and dashboards in Arcadia’s productized database
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists
• 3+ years of healthcare analytic experience
• Experience analyzing claims data
• Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Passion for improving healthcare delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare analytic experience
• Experience with medical economics and risk algorithms
• Comfortable speaking with clients about their goals
• Experience analyzing claims data
• Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL
• Experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
• Eagerness to learn and detail-oriented mindset
