Overview

As a Senior Analyst on the Auto Analytics team at Upstart, you will drive critical analytics, reporting, and pricing strategies that support the growth of our Retail and Refinance Auto products.

In Short

• Lead pricing strategy and reporting to optimize profitability.
• Partner with finance to evaluate cost structures.
• Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower creditworthiness.
• Develop and maintain SQL, Python, and JSON-based data models.
• Create high-impact executive presentations.
• Support various ad hoc analytical projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or a related field.
• SQL and Python skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
