As a Senior Analyst at Upstart, you will join our Credit Analytics horizontal team, focusing on valuation and forecast. You will lead workstreams in driving critical insights and decisions concerning credit performance and strategies, and contributing to the long term development in underwriting framework and analytics infrastructure.

In Short

Partner with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
Influence Upstart’s credit platform and investor/lending community.
Lead analytics on underwriting decisions and credit monitoring.
Build foundational forecast models and automated reporting.
Mentor junior team members on best practices.

Requirements

5+ years in technology and financial industry.
Experience in credit analytics and quantitative financial model development.
Proficient in Python, R, and SQL.
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science or related fields.
