Data Governance Analyst - Remote

This opportunity is for the Operations Governance team, which aims to ensure a governed, digital, and data-driven operation. We are passionate about challenges and work on defining goals, indicators, and risk management, ensuring governance of controls and accuracy in reconciliations and budgets. With our expertise in Analytics, we provide management dashboards that empower strategic decisions and promote a data-driven culture.

In Short

• Collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, and governance teams to evolve the Operations data environment
• Work with operations and technology areas to make decisions based on data analysis
• Implement initiatives in partnership with operations and technology
• Create accurate data layers and build sources of truth for universal and simplified consumption (SSOT)
• Visualize and present the growth of XP Inc. business in dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Monitor resources to ensure performance and cost optimization
• Create and maintain processes for monitoring the environment, ensuring compliance with governance policies
• Develop scripts to automate administrative tasks
• Support users of Databricks.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Databricks (structure, clusters, notebooks)
• Experience with SQL and Pyspark
• Understanding of data governance and access control
• Familiarity with cloud computing (Azure)
• Good communication skills to interact with teams and support requests
• Reside in São Paulo and have availability for in-person routines
• Understanding of ETL processes
• Knowledge of information monitoring tools (Grafana, Power BI)
