• Set the vision for using data-based insights to guide people strategy.
• Establish and mature Checkr’s capabilities to harness insights using people data.
• Build analytical solutions including dashboards, tools, and models.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand challenges and design solutions.
• Create self-service reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Deliver insights into business-critical analytics projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators for strategic direction.
• Conduct research projects and create custom reports.
• Enable self-service and automation wherever possible.
• Perform additional People Operations duties as needed.

• Strong analytical acumen and ability to manage extensive data.
• High degree of customer obsession and track record of delivering results.
• Strong HR functional expertise with technology and data analytics.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to get things done.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with Workday, Snowflake, and Lookr.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
