As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and preparing data from various areas of our company to support informed business decisions.

In Short

• Analyze and visualize company metrics to support business decisions.
• Develop Looker dashboards and provide the right teams with their KPIs for data-driven work.
• Create and automate regular reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Management departments to develop data-driven strategies.
• Identify and optimize process and performance metrics.
• Develop automations and workflows to make recurring reports more efficient and scale data evaluations.
• Support various teams through training, analysis, and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge in data analysis with tools like ideally BigQuery Data Warehouse.
• Experience with event tracking: knowledge in Google Analytics or other tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business processes and KPIs.
• Very good communication skills to present complex data understandably.
• Automation skills: experience in Python or other tools.
• Proactive, solution-oriented work style and team spirit.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
