Senior Digital Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

In the Hawaii-inspired PURELEI world, unique advertising campaigns play a significant role. We are looking for an experienced Digital Performance Marketing Manager with in-depth expertise in Paid Social to ensure targeted strategic alignment and successful planning and management of our channels.

In Short

• End-to-End responsibility for campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, and TV.
• Manage and optimize monthly budgets to continuously increase ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, VTR.
• Develop a Full-Funnel Content Playbook for paid campaigns.
• Provide support and expertise to the Paid Social Team.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of operational experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of tracking tools like AdTribute, Google Analytics.
• Experience managing YouTube Ads and TV campaigns.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Creative mindset for continuous testing and inspiration.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
