Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital growth initiatives and scale our business through innovative marketing strategies.

In Short

• Oversee large performance marketing budgets and optimize paid digital channels.
• Enhance the conversion funnel through ongoing testing.
• Lead and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
• Launch inbound and expansion campaigns across new geographies and product lines.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing.
• In-house B2B SaaS industry experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale marketing budgets.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing and executing robust marketing experiments.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Experience using metadata.io is preferred.
• Familiarity with 6sense is a plus.
