We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented person as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen our dynamic team. In this key role, you will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through paid media channels. You have a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analysis, and campaign optimization – combined with a creative mindset to develop impactful campaigns.

In Short

• Develop, implement, and manage Paid Advertising strategies primarily on Meta and Google.
• Effectively plan and allocate budgets to maximize ROAS, RI, and performance KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying optimization potentials and implementing data-driven actions.
• Conduct A/B tests for creatives, ad texts, and landing pages to enhance performance.
• Collaborate closely with content, design, and product development teams to create compelling ads and landing pages.
• Continuously observe industry trends, new platforms, and competitive strategies for innovative marketing approaches.
• Create and present detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with excellent project management skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (native level, at least C1) and English (at least B2).
• Completed studies or formal qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns (Meta and Google) with measurable results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
