Overview

The Marketing & Design team at O'Donnell Moonshine is the creative force behind our brand. As a Product Manager in our team, you will significantly shape the future of the brand by developing innovative products, optimizing our existing portfolio, and driving strategic marketing efforts to elevate our brand to the next level.

In Short

• Develop creative product concepts and successfully implement them from idea to market launch.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to make strategic product decisions.
• Create data-driven business cases, derive actionable recommendations, and actively drive their implementation.
• Conduct consumer interviews to gain insights and validate product decisions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling product positioning.
• Coordinate all stakeholders while keeping track of timings and budgets.
• Continuously optimize our existing portfolio based on metrics and customer feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative product strategies.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• Initial experience in product management, ideally from the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Combine creative thinking with strong analytical skills.
• Enjoy making data-driven decisions and have experience with business cases.
• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor.
• A true team player who thrives in a young, agile environment.
• Organizational talent with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize effectively.
• Maintain oversight even in complex situations.
• Fluent in German (native level, at least C1) and English (at least B2).
