Junior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to collaborate closely with the Product Director, OEM sales team, and internal & external client support roles. You will focus on gathering, analyzing, and validating customer feedback to shape product requirements (Epics, User Stories, and tasks).

In Short

• Collaborate with the Product & Technology Portfolio Director and product sponsors to clarify/refine scope, vision, strategy and priorities.
• Partner with key OEM Sales stakeholders on “Go to Market” strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal product teams and external customers.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Partner with UX and Design leads for best user experience.
• Conduct interviews and product analysis with stakeholders.
• Develop clearly defined product requirements.
• Manage product backlogs for enhancement opportunities.
• Maintain product collateral and artifacts.
• Work with internal departments for product readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis.
• Hands-on experience with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile Product Development Methodology.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience driving numerous parallel initiatives.
• Strong MS Office & Teams skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
