We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

In Short

• Lead experimentation efforts to enhance website conversion rates.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
• Refine website copy, design, and visual assets.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Utilize experimentation platforms like Optimizely.
• Monitor and interpret key performance metrics.
• Support broader product management initiatives.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO.
• Familiarity with tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in website or digital product optimization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for data-driven decision-making.
