We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analytics, and campaign optimisation, coupled with a creative mindset to craft impactful campaigns.

In Short

• Develop, execute, and manage paid Meta advertising campaigns.
• Plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROAS RI and achieve performance KPIs.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Create and present detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with content, design, and product teams for compelling ad creatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Degree or formal qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Meta performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling Meta paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
