• Lead Email, SMS, and Direct Mail marketing efforts.
• Responsible for channel strategy and management.
• Focus on data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Develop segmentation strategies for personalization.
• Manage automated workflows and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content and strategy.
• Establish KPIs and track performance metrics.
• Optimize outreach strategies with Sales teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends in marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
• Expertise in Marketo and managing email marketing at scale.
• Proven track record in performance-driven marketing.
• Experience in a B2B software or tech company preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to measure success.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
