• Serve as the art director and visual authority for Dandy’s graphic design team.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of designers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in visual design, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading and developing multiple designers.
• A standout portfolio demonstrating integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience in managing multiple brands and agencies.
• Demonstrated ownership of design resourcing and capacity planning.
• Experience with digital asset management systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional creative judgment and strategic design solutions.
• High ownership and operational rigor.
