• Serve as the primary finance partner for Operations leaders, making high-quality suggestions and executing with excellence.
• Dive deep into business areas to set aggressive targets and develop initiatives.
• Oversee operational efficiency metrics and reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive strategic projects.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and devise scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of finance experience in a high growth environment.
• Proven ability to creatively solve complex problems.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated bias for action and pursuit of results.
• Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Exceptional communication skills to distill complex analyses.
