Overview

As a Strategic Finance Manager at Achieve, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Lending Business Unit by driving financial planning and tracking performance, while delivering actionable insights that shape business outcomes.

• Support the Lending Business Unit with financial planning and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar finance function.
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in capital markets and funding strategy.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• High attention to detail with a strategic business context.
• Adaptability to changing business needs.
• Critical thinking skills for financial insights.
• Background in Operations Finance or Business Operations.
