In Short

• 100% work-from-home position.
• Starting Pay: $16.00/hr.
• Available for Monday-Friday schedules or 4 X 10 shifts.
• Communicate with members via phone and email.
• Provide empathy and solutions to member needs.
• Collaborate with team to share knowledge.
• Document member interactions accurately.

• Must reside in the greater Tampa or Orlando area.
• Available for shifts between 6am - 8pm.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• People-focused approach and solution mindset.
• Ability to handle high volume of inbound calls.
• Strong communication skills.
